About the chef
Ronan Ulliac
From the Nantes region in France to Quebec, Chef Ronan has honed his craft in Michelin-starred kitchens across France, New York, and Montreal. Winner of Les Chefs! 2023, he masterfully blends classic French techniques with modern refinement, all inspired by Quebec’s terroir and the rhythm of the seasons.
